I've been watching the leaderboards pretty closely today and I've seen quite a few level/rank 50 legendary gems, but nothing above that. I'm pretty sure that the cap is level 50.

on Aug. 7, 2014, 10:30 a.m.This is a great question and one that is asked quite often on Reddit and Battle.net. Looking at the cards, you would think that they would work exactly the same, but they don't! I think Blizzard made the decision to make these card text/mechanic less intuitive in exchange for what they see as more balanced. I don't agree with it, but I think they can justify it by making it clear(on undamaged minions) that you can silence and reduce a minions health or damage that has green numbers.
In a card game like MTG, this would never fly. Rules and mechanics are strict in MTG. You won't see any green numbers or asterisks next to card mechanics. If something works differently, they clearly describe it in the cards text.
on Aug. 8, 2014, 2:04 p.m.It will kill the Stormwind Champion, but all of the other minions will have two health and will not die. You will need to kill or silence the Stormwind Champion or deal two damage to all of the other minions that a receiving Stormwind Champion's +1/+1 buff.
on Aug. 8, 2014, 2:08 p.m.Everyone thought that the cards unlocked from Naxxramas would make aggro decks less viable, but it has seem to make them even stronger! The deathrattle minions that summon other minions are amazing in aggro decks, and it's not very often that I see an aggro deck without them.
This is more of an update since Malero's answer was submitted before Naxxramas. But yes, Aggro decks are still very strong. I find them boring as hell, but they seem to work and allow you to climb the ladder quickly due to shorter game times.
on Aug. 8, 2014, 2:13 p.m.I decided to try it and these are the results:
In order to do a Rift of Trials, all members will need to contribute a Keystone of Trials.
In order to do a greater rift together, all members will need to contribute an equal rank or greater rift keystone. That's it!
