Where do I take the Unstamped Crate of Bottled Souls?

I forgot the name of the port that I was supposed to take it to.

I finally found out where I need to take it! Mt. Palmerston! Here's a map of where you can find it:

  • Thnx so much for the map. It doesnt tell you where you need to take it after you get the quest from the shady character or whatever his name is.
