The concept of Mugen is great, but the game is buggy and not fun.
You can download characters and fight against them, but it's not really easy to do. A lot of the characters are extremely buggy/badly coded making them easy to defeat.
640x480 resolution? What is this, 1994?
With an endless supply of characters to download, this is Mugen's only redeeming quality.
It's free! If you're broke and want to play a new fighting game, you might enjoy it. Installing characters & stages is a pain. There are a ton of cheap fighting games out there that are much more fun than Mugen.
