What is the difference between Premium Edition and Standard Edition?

I see there's a Premium Edition on the Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor steam page. What's the difference between the normal $49.99 version and the Premium Edition $74.99 version?

The Premium Edition includes the game and the season pass. One less click in theory, a lot more confusion in reality!
