How do you backstab?
Is it like Dark Souls where you have to be in certain position behind them or is there something else that I have to do to perform a backstab?

It goes without saying that sneaking up and using a light attack directly behind an enemy will perform a backstab.
You can also perform a backstab by getting behind the enemy in a fight. It's usually easiest to time it while they're in the middle of a longer combat animation and rush behind them and use the light attack. Parrying/Blocking attacks and trying to get behind the enemy while they perform a combo also seems to work pretty well.
