How do I solve "The Four Plagues" puzzle?

There are four slots that I'm assuming you need to put items in. I think I know the first three:

Famine: Food
Battle: Weapon
Cold: Clothing/Armor
Poison: ???

After messing a round a bit, I found that a potion works for poison!
