What happens if I Conceal a minion with Taunt?

I was playing a priest deck and got a Conceal with Thoughtsteal. My giants with taunt were about the only thing keeping me alive, so I didn't risk it. But I thought it would be funny to see what would happen if I did. I have a feeling that the sneaking giants(lmao) would go unseen and my opponents minions would be able to attack my face. Am I correct?

If you conceal a minion with taunt, your opponent will not have to attack into it. You cannot attack minions with stealth.
