If my opponent has Stormwind Champion, will my Wild Pyromancer + Equality board clear still kill everything?

I'm not sure what would happen if I used a Wild Pyromancer and Equality to clear my opponents board when they have Stormwind Champion out. Anyone know?

It will kill the Stormwind Champion, but all of the other minions will have two health and will not die. You will need to kill or silence the Stormwind Champion or deal two damage to all of the other minions that a receiving Stormwind Champion's +1/+1 buff.
