How do I solve the puzzle in the glyph room?

I've tried just about everything. I have the lamp, pyramid object from the glitch lady and the info opacity artifact. Any hints? ;)

The first glyph room you need to keep hitting the glyph that looks like a flamingo. It's the only symbol that there's one of.

In the second glyph room, if you change both offsets to 0, you can use the pyramid to talk to the lady and actually understand what she says.
