Where can I get Ring of Royal Grandeur?

I've played hundred of hours since Reaper of Souls and haven't found a single one. Ring of Royal Grandeur is such an amazing item and it's frustrating to see tons of other people with it. Is it that rare or am I just extremely unlucky?

It looks like the Ring of Royal Grandeur only drops out of the Horadric Cache bounty reward in act 1. A few friends and tried to farm it last night and we split up and did each bounty alone to complete the bounties faster and out of about 12 caches/runs, 2 of us found our rings! We're going to get the other two people their rings today.

For such an amazing ring, it looks like it's actually pretty common!

  • Blizzard pushed out this hotfix yesterday: "The drop rate for Bounty-specific Legendaries has been drastically increased and scales based on game difficulty (9/3/14)"

    So it should be much easier to obtain Ring of Royal Grandeur now!
