Where do I power up the requisitions android?

I'm in the Seegson Synthetics Storage room and I need to power up the requisitions android. Is there a generator around that I'm missing?

You first need to go to the far north side of the room and get the upgraded hacking tool. Then head back to the entrance of the storage room and head up the ladder. There will be a computer that you can hack into to turn the power back on and power up the requisitions android?
