Where's the compression cylinder?

I'm in the Seegson Synthetics Storage area and I can't seem to find the compression cylinder. Anyone know where I can find it?

After you power up the requisitions android, follow it into the warehouse. You will then need to lower the storage containers down so you can get over the area that has exposed wires. The control panels have two buttons. So if you see it saying "Locked" that means that it's all the way up or down and you need to press the other button.
